Shipping & Delivery
Samples are charged $5.00 flat fee. Customers from Hawaii, Alaska and US territories will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours regarding special shipping rates. A typical order with ground shipping will be received within 3-7 business days once the order is processed. All orders are shipped typically within 24 hours of purchase. Sample orders are mailed USPS and may take 3 to 7 business days to receive once the order is processed. All products are in stock and ready to ship. All 4 Walls Wallpaper is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced, not refunded, pending on the outcome of a courier investigation.
Most orders through All 4 Walls Wallpaper are processed within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. Any items that are incorrect in inventory, or out of stock, we will contact the buyer within that time frame with information.
Several times a year, our warehouse will be closed for inventory. Those dates will be posted on our homepage with the shipping date for all orders purchased at that time.
Wallcovering Returns & Replacements
All products purchased through All 4 Walls Wallpaper are guaranteed free of defects and relative problems. Any item(s) that are damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded upon proof provided by a physical return of the product or photos of the damaged product within 10 business days of having received your order. Notification of all other returns needs to be made within 30 days of having received your order. All wallcovering returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee.
If you are in need of more wallcovering that was previously placed please contact Customer Service (1-502-354-0440) and we will do our best to fulfill the order request with the same batch or dye lot of original purchase.
